1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing pkwin.cash, registering an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of the PKWin platform regardless of the device used to access it.
If you do not agree with any provision contained here, your only remedy is to discontinue using PKWin immediately and, if applicable, close your account by contacting our support team. Continued use of the platform after any posted update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions should be read together with PKWin's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and PKWin.
2 Eligibility
To create and use a PKWin account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. PKWin does not allow minors to register or play under any circumstances.
- You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful for you personally. It is your responsibility to determine whether using PKWin is legal in your location.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a PKWin employee, affiliated partner, or game provider listed on the platform.
- You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order that covers PKWin or its affiliated partners.
- You must be the legal owner of the payment method you use to deposit and withdraw funds.
PKWin reserves the right to request identity documents at any stage to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
3 Account Registration & Security
One Account Per Player
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active PKWin account. If duplicate accounts are detected, PKWin may close all related accounts, void any open bets, and withhold bonus balances. Genuine deposits will be returned to the original payment method after review, subject to any outstanding wagering obligations.
Accurate Information
You must provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false details – including a false name, date of birth, or payment method – is a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure.
Account Security
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PKWin username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact PKWin support immediately. PKWin will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
KYC Verification
PKWin operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, the platform may request a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, and a selfie for identity confirmation. This is a one-time process for most users and is completed through the account verification section.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
Accepted Payment Methods
PKWin currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All transactions are settled in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Minimum and Maximum Limits
The minimum single deposit is Rs 500. Withdrawal minimums and maximums are displayed within your account settings and may vary depending on your verification status and selected payment method. Players with verified accounts benefit from higher withdrawal limits.
Processing Times
Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited instantly in most cases. Withdrawals to digital wallets are typically processed within five minutes for verified accounts. IBFT bank transfers may take up to a few hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. PKWin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
Withdrawal Conditions
- Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your PKWin account.
- PKWin does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
- If bonus funds have been credited to your account, the relevant wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal can be processed from your bonus balance.
- PKWin reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or high-risk.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
PKWin offers welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback promotions, and other time-limited incentives. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit conditions, and expiry dates. These are published on the promotions page and updated regularly.
General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are available to one account per household, device, and IP address. Claiming multiple bonuses through different accounts is considered abuse and will result in all accounts being closed.
- PKWin reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
- Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier applies to the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
- Bets placed on excluded games do not count toward wagering requirements, even if such bets result in wins.
- If a player requests a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited.
Using bonus funds to exploit low-variance games in a way that circumvents wagering requirements is considered bonus abuse. PKWin monitors for such patterns and will void affected balances accordingly.
6 Gameplay and Betting Rules
All games available on PKWin use certified random-number generators (RNGs) that produce genuinely unpredictable outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's information panel. PKWin does not control or influence the outcome of any individual game round.
In the event of a technical fault during a game round – such as a disconnection before a result is determined – PKWin's system logs are used to establish the state of play at the time of the fault. Where the outcome cannot be determined with certainty, the affected wager is typically voided and the stake returned to the player's balance. PKWin's decision in such cases is final.
Any winnings resulting from a software error, miscalculation, or any other technical malfunction are considered void. PKWin is not obligated to honour payouts that arise from such errors and will notify the affected player if a balance adjustment is made for this reason.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the PKWin platform. Engaging in any of them – or attempting to do so – will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, and may lead to permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:
- Registering more than one account, or facilitating the registration of duplicate accounts for yourself or others.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or exploit the platform.
- Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage in any game type.
- Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature for financial gain.
- Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods for deposits.
- Any form of money laundering or using PKWin for any illegal financial activity.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your PKWin account to another person.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the platform without written authorisation.
8 Responsible Gaming
PKWin takes responsible gaming seriously and provides a set of tools to help players stay in control of their activity. These include deposit limits, session time reminders, temporary self-exclusion (cooling-off periods), and permanent self-exclusion.

9 Privacy and Data
PKWin collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By creating an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information for the purposes described in that policy – including identity verification, fraud prevention, and personalised promotions.
PKWin will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and regulatory bodies is done strictly as required to provide the service and comply with applicable law. 10 Intellectual Property
All content on pkwin.cash – including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and branding – is the property of PKWin or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without express written permission.
The PKWin name and logo are trademarks. Unauthorised use of PKWin's branding in any context – including social media, affiliate sites, or physical materials – is prohibited and may result in legal action.
11 Limitation of Liability
PKWin provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure consistent availability and accurate operation, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PKWin's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the thirty days preceding the claim. PKWin is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill.
Nothing in these terms limits PKWin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12 Account Suspension and Termination
PKWin reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity linked to the account.
- Failure to complete identity verification within a specified timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used for money laundering or other illegal purposes.
- At the player's own request, including voluntary self-exclusion.
Upon termination for a breach, any bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned to the registered payment method after a review period, provided no outstanding obligations exist. PKWin will communicate the outcome of any investigation in writing to the registered email address.
13 Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint about any aspect of your PKWin experience, the first step is to contact the support team directly via live chat or email at support@pkwin.cash. Most issues are resolved quickly at this stage.
If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you can escalate your complaint formally by emailing with the subject line "Formal Complaint." PKWin aims to provide a full written response to formal complaints within 14 business days.
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, the matter may be referred to an independent dispute resolution service. Details of the applicable service will be provided at the time of escalation.
14 Changes to These Terms
PKWin may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address on file. The revised terms will also be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
If you continue to use the PKWin platform after the posted effective date of any change, you are deemed to have accepted the updated terms. If you do not agree with changes, please close your account before the effective date.
